What is Wander?
Wander is an online platform dedicated to empowering Los Angeles teens to publish their own creative works and engage with the art of their peers. Wander seeks to foster a community that celebrates and embraces the diverse talents and perspectives of young people while allowing teens to explore and uncover unique activities within the LA area.
How do I get published?
All LA Teens are welcome and encouraged to submit their work to Wander. To submit, click the “Submit” button in the top right corner of the screen. Once there, fill all required fields and copy your writing into the “My Work” box. If submitting art, photojournalism, or your work has an attached image, click the “UPLOAD” button next to “My Image” and proceed to the Dropbox. Then click “SUBMIT”!
What are the submission guidelines?
Our goal is to accept all appropriate and factual submissions, regardless of writing style, personal opinion, or experience. Nevertheless, submissions will not be edited before acceptance, so should be complete works that use correct grammar and appropriate language in order to be considered for publication. All submissions must be made by people between the ages of 13 and 19-years-old and living in Los Angeles, CA.

What is a “Happening”?
Happenings are local events curated, attended, and posted by your peers. Happenings are a great way to meet other LA teens and find out about new and exciting things happening in your city.
